Journey Highlights

Wadi Ta’ab is 156 km from Muscat, the capital, and takes approximately 2 hours to reach by car.

Before arriving at Ta’ab village, you will enjoy a spectacular 40-minute drive through the mountains and beautiful surroundings. The canyoning experience begins at the car park, with a walk down to the first abseiling point, which is 6 meters high. This is followed by a hike to the second abseiling point, the longest at 45 meters, and another breathtaking 45-meter abseil.

The adventure continues with swimming through the wadi until you reach the fourth abseiling point, which is 12 meters high. This is followed by more swimming and jumping in freshwater pools. Finally, you will embark on a 350-meter hike to reach the end of the adventure.

What to Pack:

- Change of clothes for post-adventure comfort (can be stored in the cars)
- Waterproof camera or waterproof phone case
- Quick-dry sports clothing
